Zitheras Academy LLC Rules and Regulations
Every student in Zitheras Academy LLC is expected to comply with the school’s rules and regulations. Students must concentrate and direct their full energy during class to learning and practicing, maintain self-discipline, and provide a helpful attitude to younger and/or new students at all times. All students must be polite to each other, respectful of faculty, and refrain from horseplay and other disruptive behavior while in and around musical instruments class.
1.Registration and Tuition: Please refer to Tuition Policy document for detailed information. School reserves the right to choose which private students will participate in the School’s Performance.
2.Attendance and Absence: Students are expected to attend every class for which they are scheduled. Absence due to illness, injury, or other special circumstances may be excused upon receipt of a doctor's note or a student’s or a parent’s or guardian’s email or telephone call.was provided with at least 24 hours’ prior notice of the request to reschedule.
3.School Performance: Participation in performances is an important part of musical instruments education.Zitheras Academy LLC. will present school Performance each year and students’ participation is mandatory. Students will be expected to pay any related expenses, such as travel, costumes, performance fee, photographs, and any video or recording fees.
4.Performance events: We hope there will be additional performance opportunities for cultural events, non-profit organizations, local community events, and other occasions. Students who participate in such an event will be expected to pay any related expenses, such as travel, costumes, performance fee, and any video or recording fees. Zitheras Academy ,LLC. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to judge and decide the ability of students to participate in any such performance event. Students and their parents or guardians must recognize that musical instruments is a highly individualized and challenging activity, and Zitheras Academy LLC. makes no guarantee or assurance with regard to the student's ability to progress in musical instruments or to participate in performances.
5.Arrival and Pickup: Students may not enter class late or leave class early without permission. Parents must pick up young students promptly after class.Young Students should not be left alone outside the classroom. Zitheras Academy LLC. is not responsible for students who are outside of classroom(s), or dropped off early or picked up late by parents. Students should not bring valuables into class; Zitheras Academy LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6.Observation and Video Taping: Parents and guardians may not sit in the classroom, and may not take video or pictures during class unless prior special arrangements have been made with Zitheras Academy LLC. Parents and guardians must not go inside the class to talk to or coach the student.Please do not “poke your head in” during class time. Please keep all lobby conversation to a minimum.Zitheras Academy ,LLC.will arrange occasional class observation (perhaps once per Session) to allow parents and guardians to observe the progress.
7.Food and Drink: Food, drinks (other than water) and chewing gum are never allowed in the classroom. Water is allowed. All litter is to be disposed in available waste containers. Students are expected to cooperate fully with keeping the musical instruments facility clean and in good condition.
8.Smoking, Drugs and Alcohol: Smoking, illegal drugs, and alcohol are strictly prohibited at all times.
9.Dismissal: Zitheras Academy LLC. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or dismiss any student whose attitude, conduct, or attendance is found unsatisfactory; or for non-payment of tuition. In the event that a student is suspended or dismissed from Zitheras Academy LLC., no tuition refund will be granted. Zitheras Academy LLC. reserves the right to refuse service to any student,parent, or guardian not adhering to the rules set forth in these Rules and Regulations.These Rules and Regulations are subject to change with or without advance notice to students, parents, or guardians. Updated Rules and Regulations, if any, will be distributed to students, parent, and guardians.

5、接送时间: 未经许可,学生不得迟到或早退。家长必须在课后及时接走小学生。不要将小学生单独留在教室外。瑟乐学院有限责任公司对在课堂外、早退或被家长迟到的学生概不负责。学生不应将贵重物品带入课堂;瑟乐学院有限责任公司对丢失或被盗的物品概不负责。
6、观察和录像: 除非事先与瑟乐学院有限责任公司做出特别安排,否则家长和监护人不得坐在教室里,也不得在课堂上拍摄视频或照片。家长和监护人不得进入课堂与学生交谈或指导学生。请不要在上课时间“打闹”。请尽量减少谈话。瑟乐学院有限责任公司将安排不定期的课堂观察(可能每节课一次),以便家长和监护人观察进度。
7、饮食: 教室里绝不允许食物、饮料(水除外)和口香糖,水是允许的。所有垃圾都要丢弃在垃圾桶里。学生应全力配合,保持乐器设施的清洁和良好状态。
8、吸烟、吸毒和酗酒:任何时候都严禁吸烟、吸毒和饮酒。
9、开除: 瑟乐学院有限责任公司保留自行决定暂停或开除态度、行为或出勤率不理想的任何学生的权利;或不支付学费的学生。如果学生被瑟乐学院有限公司停学或开除,将不予退还学费。瑟乐学院有限责任公司保留拒绝向不遵守这些规则和条例中规定的任何学生、家长或监护人提供服务的权利。这些规则和条例可能会在事先通知或不提前通知学生、家长或监护人的情况下进行更改。更新的规章制度(如有)将分发给学生、家长和监护人。
